Montacuto Bonarda dell’Oltrepò Pavese

Denominazione: Bonarda dell’Oltrepò Pavese

Tipologia: Vino Fermo

Uve: 100% Croatina

Sistema di allevamento: Guyot

Vinificazione: Fermentazione spontanea e lunga macerazione sulle bucce.

Affinamento: Maturazione in botti di acciaio e cemento, poi in tonneau e barrique di rovere di media tostatura per almeno 24 mesi, successivamente in bottiglia per almeno 6 mesi. Prodotto solo nelle migliori annate.

Gradazione alcolica: 14,5%

Caratteristiche Organolettiche:

  • Colore: Di colore rosso rubino intenso ed impenetrabile, con riflessi purpurei.
  • Olfatto: Bouquet ampio e spiccatamente fruttato, di marasca matura e prugna, sentori che bene si amalgamano alla speziatura dolce, di liquirizia e vaniglia.
  • Gusto: Al gusto è avvolgente e concentrato, la dolcezza del frutto accompagna il palato, in perfetta armonia con i tannini setosi.

Proposte di abbinamento: Ravioli di stufato, cacciagione e formaggi stagionati

Temperatura di servizio: 20°C.
