OLFACTIVE:  Persistent with fruity hints of marasca cherry and bitter almond.


TASTING: Well balanced and of a good structure


SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18°-20° C


IT IS WELL COMBINED WITH: Excellent with sausages and first courses with meat sauces.
