CLASSIFICATION:  Oltrepò Pavese Barbera


TIPOLOGY:   Still wine


GRAPES:  85% Barbera, 15% Croatina e Uva Rara


ALCOHOL:  13,5% ALC/VOL


VINIFICATION:  The grapes are macerated with their skins. Fermentation in stainless steel for six months. Wine matured in barrique for 18-24 months.


ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:


VISUAL:  Deep ruby red


OLFACTIVE:  Intense and persistent with fruity hints of vanilla.


TASTING:  Well balanced and of a good structure.


SERVING TEMPERATURE : 20°C


IT IS WELL COMBINED WITH:

Aged cheeses, braised and boiled meats
